We
are very sad to hear of the passing of Netherland friend, Marinus Snippe. Our
thoughts and prayers go to the many friends and to the family of Marinus. We will
never forget the hospitality and friendship we received from Marnius and the Alabama
Country Boys on our tour to Europe in 2006. Rest in peace, friend. ~

Everybody!
Hope you all had a great Easter Holiday. Thanks to our good
friend, Regine Maier, from Germany - (one of the biggest music fans we know) for
sending us this awesome photo of The Matterhorn and for the Happy Easter greeting!
The Country Gents are staying busy working on the new material that will
be on the next CD project and will be kicking off the 2008 bluegrass festival
season in May beginning with a couple of our favorite festivals, the Boxcar Pinion
Festival in Chatanooga, TN and then on to the Doyle Lawson Bluegrass Festival
in Denton, NC.
In the meantime, here's wishing you all a very happy "Springtime"
and we look forward to hitting the road and seeing you all this summer!
